Ways Your Property Management Company Can Benefit From Our Services…
Give your Property a New Make Over:
Replace your existing sub tropical style landscape with a So-Cal friendly Landscape. The old style of landscaping includes all types of tropical plants that are not native to our area. These plants may look nice, but are costing you a lot of money to keep them happy. Sub Tropical plants require a lot of water. By replacing your old landscape with a new and improve California Friendly Landscape, you could cut your water bill down by a lot.
Also, grass, is one of the biggest water consuming plants out there, and the most common types of grass used on properties in Southern California are again, not native to our area. They require a lot of water, and can’t take the heat during the summer. We recommend eliminating the majority of your grass and replacing it with low water use plants, ground cover, or Decomposed Granite and Rock Mulch.
Lower your Water Bills:
There are different ways to do this. Replacing your old irrigation controller with a Weather Based Smart Controller is one of them. This controller uses Weather data, Evaporation and Transpiration rates, and other information to correctly irrigate your landscape. Most people over water their plants and don’t even realize it.
Another way to cut down your water bill is by installing Soil Moisture Sensors throughout your landscape. These Soil Moisture Sensors let your controller know when the soil is getting dry. And then it allows the controller to irrigate. That way you are not watering when you don’t need to.
Drought Tolerant Plants will also help drop your water bill. These plants require hardly any water. Some don’t require any irrigation at all. The natural irrigation that comes from our winter rainy season is enough water to keep these plants alive and healthy for the whole year.
Artificial Turf is also a great way to cut back on your water bill. And the good news about Artificial Turf is it looks more natural than ever before. There are many different qualities and types of Artificial Turf to choose from. And it has a 20 year life expectancy.
Lower Maintenance:
Most Drought Tolerant Plants also tend to be low maintenance as well.
Artificial Turf will also help cut back on maintenance. No more weekly mowing, or weed pulling. And no more sprinkler repairs to worry about. This could save you a lot of money on your landscape maintenance crew.
